We are available to you after hours and during business hours - just an e-mail away. We constantly monitor our servers to ensure that as soon as a problem occurs we can troubleshoot it immediately.

Building a website is a labour of love - it takes time, a great deal of effort and dedication. Because we appreciate this we offer you the benefit of our experience and expertise. Our monthly newsletter is not full of banal nonsense but is packed with code snippets, links to free resources on the 'net, tips for optimizing your site, step by step instructions on building website templates and more.
We're learning new things all the time all the time and as we do, we pass them on to you. We test resources, try them out and if they work, we let you know about them. If they're duds, we don't. Once the technical aspects of your site are in the bag, the next step is to find visitors. We help you here too, with tips on advertising, search engine optimization. Want to launch an affiliate program? We'll point you in the right direction. If you don't know the answer to a question we're willing to help. If we don't know, we'll find out for you.
In short, we are dedicated to making you very happy, not only with our service, but with your website too.

We are honest with our clients. We don't say we can do something if we can't.
If our servers go down (rare but it does happen) we get them back up and running as fast as humanly possible.
If you are having a technical problem that we don't understand (yes these do happen to all "IT Experts") we tell you that we don't know and then we move heaven and earth to find out.

Your locally hosted New Webmaster site will be superfast. Our servers (IBM Enterprise racked machines running Windows 2000 and IIS5) all have direct 100 megabit connections to the UUNet backbone via our 3Com network switch. This is techno-speak for "your site will be super fast"
A fully redundant uninterruptible power supply and daily backups ensure that your site stays up and your data is safe. We offer a 99.9% uptime track record.
ABOUT US : our preferred internet culture
We are a small, two person team which makes us agile and adaptable. We are not part of a large corporation. We are unlikely to be able to provide effective hosting for a large corporation.
When we first discovered the internet in the early 1990's we fell in love with the promise of freedom it seemed to be making. It seemed in those early days that knowledge, information and power were going to be drastically redefined by this technology.
To an extent, the internet has managed to bring about the rapid and free exchange of knowledge and ideas. But it has also opened the possibility that service providers can charge exorbitant fees for comparatively simple and easy to provide services and products. For example, domain registration is a comparatively inexpensive process. We charge R200 to register a .com or a .co.za domain, most companies charge between R 250,00 and R300,00 for this. One we encountered recently wanted R 700,00 from a customer. Practices like this are common.
We frown on this.
Don't get us wrong - we treat our business as work and we want to make a decent living out of it but we also want to participate in the internet in a way that is true to that early spirit of freedom.
