FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and is the means used to transfer the files that comprise your website from yur local machine to the server where they will be visible to visitors to your website.
Internet Explorer (as well as most other browsers) have built in FTP clients or you can choose to use a specialised ftp program which has more facilities and is generaly more flexible. We recommend the free Ace FTP available here
To use your browser's ftp function simply enter the following into the browser
ftp://username:password@yourdomain.co.za
Substitute the username and password you entered when you placed you order with us. Obviously you would replace 'yourdomain.co.za' with your unique domain name.
