Staying in touch with your customers and site visitors is an important part of maximising your website's potential as a marketting medium.

This month, all paid up New Webmaster customers get access to a "contact us" form script. The script allows users to enter their contact details and a messsage for you. When they submit the form, the message is e-mailed directly to you at an e-mail address that you specify. The script also has an option for the visitor to send the message to themselves for their records.

This contact us form is available for download in the code snippets section of the knowledgebase.

It includes the form itself, the asp based function for sending the mail, a thank you page and an error page that provides other contact information just in case something goes wrong. (It hardly ever does but better safe than sorry).
